Returns & Refunds
We want you to be totally happy with your purchases from our Site. If for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your order in its original condition and in its original shoe box and/or packaging for a refund.
- Products must be unused and unworn. Products must be returned in its original condition and in the original shoe box/ packaging.
- Products showing signs of wear or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.
- Once your return is received, its condition will be inspected by our Customer Service department. If accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10 business days of receipt. We will send you an email confirmation when your return is completed.
- We do not reimburse return shipping charges.
- SALE items cannot be exchanged nor returned.
For domestic purchases shipped locally, returns must be done within 14 days from the purchase date. You must first write to Customer Service to receive a confirmation email (see Return Instructions below).
For purchases shipped outside of Singapore, you can return your purchase for up to 60 days from the purchase date.
- Email Customer Service your order number, date of purchase, description of item to be returned, and reason for return.
- Wait for a confirmation email from Customer Service.
- Return merchandise should be packed in its original shoe box, and sent with your original invoice. All returns should be sent to the address on the order invoice.
* Shooz 4 Kidz will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
